We're not a hedge fund, and we're not a nationwide iBuyer running algorithmic offers from a call center three states away. NTXPS is run by Jason — a Texas investor who's been buying houses in this market since before the last peak — and every deal goes through a human who looks at the property, understands the situation, and puts a real number on the table.
We've been at this for more than eight years, and in that time we've bought property all over Texas — from Big Spring to San Antonio to the coast. We learned something doing it: far-away deals serve nobody well, not us and not the seller. So today we work a deliberately tight map — Johnson County and the counties around it — where we've bought inherited estates in probate, rentals with tenants still in them, fire-damaged houses, and lake properties in Granbury. If we can't make a deal that works for you, we'll tell you straight — and we'll tell you why.
